Jeremie Frimpong is deeply committed to empowering young people to build brighter futures—whether they make it in football or beyond. In early 2024, he launched the Pathways project, a foundation supporting youth players aged 15–22 across Ghana, the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany who don’t go on to professional careers—helping them gain direction, resources, and confidence.
During a heartfelt visit to Ghana, Jeremie personally donated over GH₵30,000 worth of kits and essentials to children at the Osu Children’s Home in Accra, bringing joy and support to the local community.
He has also hosted community football events and Pathways tournaments, including a “Tournament × Career Fair,” designed to guide young academy talents toward alternative career paths if needed—for example, helping Andy Kanga, a former Liverpool youth, reignite his pro ambitions after setbacks.
